UNDER 11's - season 2009/10

CHAMPIONS!!!! Well done to the lads for securing the title with a flourish. Stanningley finished the season with a 7-0 win over Otley Town to finish the season top of the Garforth league Division III. The red and blacks have certainly made a step up from last season and should be proud of their achievements this season, the football has been of a high quality and the attitude of the players has been spot on. We are all looking forward to next season in Division II - the hard work starts now. Well done boys. Thanks also to the teams we faced, some for the first time - without exception I can say that you were a credit to your clubs and the league, it is great to see football played in a competitive but decent spirit. We look forward to renewing our acquaintances again.

Training

TRAINING at Woodhall Park on Saturdays 10-12pm or Crawshaw School Astroturf on Thursdays 6-7pm. NB we train in all weathers. Stanningley are always looking to improve the team, new players are welcome though should be aware we have a good competitive squad and we expect a high level of football and commitment. We are the current Garforth League Division III Champions for 2009/2010 and are looking forward to playing in division II after securing promotion. We will be training Thursday/Saturday until July 3rd and will be participating in 5 tournaments this summer as well as friendly matches, please contact Dave Noonan for further information on 0791 238 3912.
